    HRS is a phenomenal company who's owners and tradesman/craftsman truly care for their customers. The customer service this company provides is in a league of its own. It's very rare these days to receive true customer service. This is one of the few companies around who truly care for its customers and their complete satisfaction. I will highly recommend HRS to any homeowner or business owner who needs a renovation or repair done correctly and by quality, trustworthy, clean cut professionals.

  • I felt like they dropped everything for us!
    I can't say enough about Home Repair Service. As an out of state owner, with a graduate student living in our condo we needed lots of various repairs. One being the door knob fell off the door, they were there in an hour! I felt like they dropped everything for us. Not knowing anyone in Alabama increased my stress level. HRS did everything they promised and did a wonderful job. Most importantly, I can now rest easy knowing if anything goes wrong they will be there to help my daughter.     From the moment I reached out to Home Repair Service (HRS) I was contacted back quickly. A convenient virtual then in person estimate was given before any work was done with multiple solutions available to me depending on a price point I was comfortable with. They arrived on site earlier than anticipated and knocked my chimney repair out in record time. They didn’t make a huge mess and cleaned up everything when they were done. The workers were polite and respectful and very professional. I was terrified of home repairs due to horror stories I have heard but this was an amazing experience and so much more affordable than I thought it would be. I have several more home improvement jobs lines up and Home Repair Service will have my business. I will truly be a customer for life! What a Blessing!
